Chia Seed Pudding



INGREDIENTS

¾ cup chia seeds

4 cups nut/seed milk (coconut or hemp)

¼ cup raw honey

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Sliced banana for topping

+ other fresh fruit if desired


4 Servings


DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and cinnamon, in a large bowl and whisk together. (Using a whisk helps prevent the seeds from clumping together.)

  2. Divide the mixture between four glass containers with lids and place them in the refrigerator to set overnight.

  3. Enjoy chilled, with slices of banana on top. Extra pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
