This holiday season, I would like to share with you a few things that over the years have helped me transition into a more toxic-free life! We are exposed to so many environmental toxins which disrupt our hormones and cause inflammation, which is the root cause of all diseases. Although we are not able to avoid them all, there are small changes we can start making to protect our bodies.

Everyday Products
Doterra - I loveee essential oils because they can be used for so many different things! Cleaning? Sure! Stressed out or trouble sleeping? They help! Sore muscles? You bet! If someone you know is new to essential oils, there are some great starter kits and diffusers that are sure to make them a believer.
Glass Water Bottle - if you know me well, you know this thing is with me all the time. I'm obsessed with the fact that it is 32oz and has marked time measurements. The best part of course is that it is glass -- free of all plastic and BPA.
Water Filter - on the pricier side compared to everything else on this list but I promise it's worth it. I use this Berkey water filter on a daily basis!

Dry Bush - use this before bathing or showering, it stimulates your lymph glands and helps your skin with it's detoxing process.
Kitchen Products
Bee Wax Covers - ditch the saran wrap and zip lock bags and replace with these reusable covers and sandwich bags.
Glass Containers - these glass containers with bamboo lids are great replacement to your typical tupperware. You can also try these great for your dry food storage or a set of Mason Jars.
Metal Straws - another attempt to ditch the plastic with these metal straws. I use them on a weekly basis and they super easy to clean.
Cleaning/Household Products
Doterra has a line called Onguard that is not only good for your immune system but also has great cleansing properties. From laundry detergent, to hand soap, and toothpaste, they've got you covered.
Air Purifier - this lives in our bedroom and is turned on every night. It was especially grateful for it during the summer when our air with filled with smoke from the fires.
EWG - a good and free resource to share with your friends and family is the EWG Healthy Living app which allows you to scan products (including food) and gives you a health rating!
Food/Drinks/Adaptogens/Supplements
