Turmeric Tonic

This anti-inflammatory turmeric, lemon, and ginger tonic is like a little hug for your liver

Get your natural lift during a typical midday slump

SERVES 1

3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoon freshly juiced ginger

2 tablespoon freshly juiced turmeric

1/2 tsp of black pepper

12 ounces sparkling water

*Note if you do not have a juicer you can grate the ginger and turmeric using a microplane


In a large glass, gently stir the lemon juice, ginger, and turmeric, into the sparkling water.
